3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a participant is unable to attend the conference, refunds will be processed as follows:Cancellations before June 1, 2025 (exclusive): 85% of the total amount will be refunded (a 15% processing fee applies).Cancellations between June 1 and June 30, 2025 (inclusive): 70% of the total amount will be refunded (a 30% processing fee applies).Cancellations after June 30, 2025: No refunds will be issued unless due to force majeure.Participants may change the registered attendee once before the conference begins. No attendee substitutions will be accepted once the conference has started.

Special Circumstances

If the conference cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.), the organizing committee will coordinate with participants to determine appropriate solutions, such as fee refunds or postponement of participation, based on the actual situation.
